CanvasMart custom manufactures each of its industrial, wash bay and divider curtains in its Calgary, Canada facility. We proudly use high-quality, long-lasting 18oz vinyl (many manufacturers use less durable 14oz vinyls) and strong 20-gauge clear plastics in our curtains. Our hems are double stitched around the perimeter and grommets are punched in with our heavy-duty pneumatic machine, ensuring CanvasMart’s industrial curtains will outlast any of our competitors’ in even the most punishing conditions. No-rust galvanized chain comes standard in the bottom hem of our track and trolley curtains to ensure a nice hang with minimal sway. Every facet of our industrial curtain systems are overbuilt – from the track, trolleys and connectors, down to the bonded polyester thread we use to stitch the curtains together. A better product is simply not available.
Fire retardant fabric – when added as an option – meets flame resistant requirements of CAN/ULC-S109-03 and CPAI 84 Section 7 and comes labeled as such.
